I’m a consumer like you. I don’t make my living in the antiques trade or the design world. I've attended Round Top six times since 2023, and the guide I wrote shares my own opinions based on personal experience.

I was inspired to write the guide while shopping Round Top for the first time. I read a bunch of guides for that first trip. Most recommend venues, some with hundreds of sellers. There was little available information about the sellers themselves. I set out to do it differently, by providing deep coverage at the seller level.

My process included visiting every venue and seller in this book at least once and, in most cases, many times. I spent my own money and made real purchases as my budget allowed. Importantly, I haven’t been paid or comped in any other way in exchange for recommending any venue or seller.
